FAN vs EFF: Case to be heard in the North West High Court tomorrow
The Freedom Advocacy Network (FAN) legal team will be acting on behalf of the Forum for Democrats (FFD) tomorrow (Thursday, March 10) to reverse a municipal election result that unfairly favoured the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) over FFD.
The North West High Court in Mahikeng has informed the FAN legal team that the matter against the EFF will now be heard in open court rather than virtually, due to the resumption of load-shedding by Eskom. FAN encourages the media to attend the hearing in Mahikeng, scheduled to begin at 10am.
